Most Calvinists are either Supralapsarian or Infralapsarian.  Most creeds were written with Infralapsarian in mind, but allowed for Supralapsarian.  Some Calvinists are Amyraldism, but in my opinion, the only way that would work is if you take OT imagery such as the blood being over the door (in this case – over the Kingdom or New Jerusalem / New Covenant door) and therefore is sufficient for all but only applicable to those who enter (the elect).  I have more studying to do on this, but I am either Infralapsarian or Supralapsarian at the moment.  Arminianism is not biblical.  The bible contradicts that view.
